Pros: cleans without chemicals
"This steam mop does a very good job! It left the floors nearly dry. I did have a few spots on laminate flooring that I needed to dry. The shipment arrived promptly."

Pros: design Cons: left too much water on floors
"I couldn't wait to receive the H20 Mop but I was very disappointed wth it. Instead of clean dry floors like advertized I was left with wet floors that I had to dry with another mop."

"The thought behind this type of machine is sound however, I feel this machine leaves too much water on the floor. My floor was streaked and blotchy and I had to resort to manual cleaning to bring the shine back."
